I really love my microfiber sheets, but the fitted sheet is all balled up now. They were $60, can I fix them?

The bottom sheet is all balled up and now they aren't as soft..what can I do to them?I really love my microfiber sheets, but the fitted sheet is all balled up now. They were $60, can I fix them?
I wish I knew what to tell you on how to fix your sheets... unfortunately, I don't really know the answer to that. However, I do know that in order to prevent your bedding (i.e. sheets) from becoming balled, they must always be washed separately from anything else (sheets with sheets, only). My mom told me that trick years ago. I have sheets I've had for years and they have never balled up.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help but should you have to go buy more sheets, you'll now know how to keep them ball free!!! Good Luck!!I really love my microfiber sheets, but the fitted sheet is all balled up now. They were $60, can I fix them?
the little balls are from the fabric wearing out. you can get a tool that will cut the balls off of the fabric, but it wont make then new again. when the fabric gets old the fibers break down and are worn. after enough washing they will get that way. go out and buy new ones if you cant find a fabric deburring tool. it looks like an electric shaver but for clothes. i would expect the sheets to last for 10 years or so but it depends on how often you wash them.
Look for a lint shaver and that will help to get rid of them.

In the future, when you dry them, dry them on a low heat setting and this shouldn't happen so much.
