They always look so good when they are new, but after washing I can't ever fold them so they look nice. Help!Does anyone have an easy, quick way to fold fitted sheets?
Put the pocket corners inside each other, thus the size of the sheet is easier to finish folding by laying it flat on something.Does anyone have an easy, quick way to fold fitted sheets?
first of all i find it easy to lay it out on floor or bed, then take the corners of the sheet not the crimpled parts then put each together and keep it straight and fold. i find it hard too but since doin it this way it better now.
It would be easier to show you than to tell you.
I can fold them to look like a flat sheet, but I don't think I will be able to tell you how very well.
While you are folding them make sure to keep the elastic side tucked neat into each other and then bring them up just enough to make them neat.
Here's Martha Stewart's instructions:

It's not as automatic as the photos would have you believe. You need to slap the sheet onto the flat surface to straighten it out.
Why fold them, just put them back on the bed. That's what I do.
I tuck two corners into each other, then the other two into each other then all four corners together. If it isn't as neat as you want don't worry about it, this is such a little thing! Be thankful you have more than one set of sheets!
try marthastewart.com and search for ';fitted sheet.'; it is really difficult to explain in words but this site shows pics which makes it much easier to understand. good luck.
fold the elastic parts together. Putting them inside each other so they are overlapped. Then you just keep them rounded ( hard to explain) while u fold the rest. I Used to use the flap (elastic part) to tuck in the rest of the folded sheet
this kept it from coming unraveled in the closet
