How can i copy and paste a large spreadsheet to another sheet to fit on one page?

I have been spending hours trying to work this out, i have been on page set up and also change the margins. When i go on to page set and press one page and one tall it goes onto 2 pages. I have tried everything but it doesnt seem to help. Do i need to put a page break , can someone help me with this, i need to copy and paste as i cant use the master spreadsheet. This is one of the basics you should have learned right at the beginning in page set up. You don't say what version but I am assuming it is Excel and whatever version, even 2007,open your spreadsheet and I always advise doing this from print preview so you can see what you are doing, so press the print preview tab, then clickon page set up. Select the first tab, page, and under scaling click on the fit to box and then make sure it is 1 to 1 so whatever size of spreadsheet you have it will automatically reduce itself to fit on one page.
