How do you fold fitted sheets?

I give up. After 20 years of not doing it 'right,' I need to know how to do it correctly.How do you fold fitted sheets?

Life's too short! I sort of fold mine to make a square to go in the cupboard and that is that. To do them properly you need a big work surface.
