Where can I buy duvet covers that zip to the fitted sheet - for kids?

I had a catalogue a few years back that showed duvet covers with a side zip that attached to the fitted sheet so that you could put the kids into bed and they would keep the covers on all night. I found some at Walmart and you might try Bed,Bath and Beyond or one of the other stores like that.
