Sorry, no. The queen mattress is bigger than the full size mattress, so the fitted corners will not reach to tuck in. A full size flat sheet could work as a bottom sheet on a queen mattress, if you can find the flat sheet in that sale.Will a full size fitted sheet fit on a regular queen mattress?

ah, no...that's why they are different sizes!
You'd have to buy two, cut them apart and slice in one for a few feet to make it fit the queen.
Normal bed mattress and sheet sizes are
single
twin (or full)
queen
king.
Just look on the backs of sheet packages, usually they will give you the dimensions of each size.
